Had an order where they did not send the dressing, you cannot eat a salad without dressing!! Called and all they would do was send a credit, but they did also miss a soup. This is not the first time they have missed things with an order. Very disappointing. The least you can do is send a new one or refund.

Love Just Salad! This location definitely had its growing pains since it first opened. At first, the service was slow and the employee engagement was poor. This seems to have changed, I met Luis the manager and things seem like they are running well! Rams made my salad and didn’t an excellent job - made sure it was made to my liking and was engaging throughout. Great job turning this location around!

This place is a joke. My order has NEVER been right. They ALWAYS forget something or make it wrong. Who cares if the food tastes good? If you're going to charge these prices maybe teach the staff to check the freakin bag.

I came here to get a Honey, crispy chicken wrap, not a raw chicken wrap….. I ate my wrap really fast until I got to the end and noticed the chicken didn’t look right I pulled out this piece and this is what I got. It was squishy gummy and undercooked. I’m leaving this review in case I get sick because I ate the whole wrap before I noticed.

Consistently slow service. Orders get prepared 7-10 minutes after pickup time. Each time I order, I have to wait 20 minutes over my pick up time.
Also, they got multiple orders wrong. No sauce on my salad, warm bowl missing ingredients.

Idk who they hire but they never read the ticket, especially when you pay for extra shit and they don’t give it to you. I even got. A bbq chicken salad & they forget the damn chicken. Please GET IT TOGETHER learn to read the ticket .

This is a place that I n very thought I would go to. It is as great venue for a healthy and delicious lunch or light dinner. The ingredients for salads are super fresh and for someone who is a salad person at every evening I am critical and they challenged me to find anything in the less than positive . I loved my meal which was a Thai salad with chicken. It was not too big and delicious. My wife had Honey Crispy chicken and she also echo’d my thoughts. Kind of thought there should be more of these places around as the top al calories was low , maybe belly was full and my heart thanked me.
