Just had the worst pasta fagioli soup ever. Upon pickup I was told that their soup is blended but I didn’t expect it to be this awful. Blended broth, no parsley, no flavor, and 3 pieces of pasta.

Honestly, it's my favorite place. They are so attentive and work with any questions or concerns you might have. I have gotten takeout and have dined in both, which have been amazing. If you want to eat there, ask for Kenia, a lovely waitress who cares about her customers. If you are looking for an appetizer, get the fried calamari. They make it just right. Some places make it too crispy or chewy, but I have never had that happen here. If you are looking for a panini, I would recommend the Asti. It is not on the menu, but you can still order it. As for dessert, GET THE FLAN!!! It has a fantastic taste and the perfect texture, which so many places go wrong with.
I was looking for an Italian restaurant for lunch and La Bottega kept popping up in my search. The space is small for dining, four or five tables. People seem to do more takeout. The staff is friendly. I had a (greek) salad it was a nice size for lunch. The bread wasn't italian it was sliced ciabatta toasted by the panini press, it was different.... Italian bread is still #1 in my book. It was a pleasant experience.
