Food/orders take longer than usual to be completed. I stayed a lot longer than expected.
Amazing food, and usually wonderful staff.
However, you should make sure that you confirm your order with them! A cashier made a completely different thing and then attempted to get me to purchase both what they made, and what I actually wanted.
They catered my mom‘s Shiva at the end of November. Everything was delicious and fresh however, the very next day there was a 10% off catering coupon in the Hometown shopper which they knew they were running. I feel it should have been honored at the time and I felt funny going back. Not the greatest business tactic

I've been going here for years. Great bagels.
Best chicken salads in the world, the overnight guy Mike is a phenomenal employee and really nice guy!
This place used to be great a couple of years ago. $10 would get you a wrap filled with chicken salad, so much that you could make 2 meals out of it. As of recent, they charge $13.95 for a tiny wrap with maybe two spoon-fulls of chicken salad in it. Complete joke. Takes a good 10-15 mins of waiting in store to make a sandwich too. Decent seating area.
Skip this place until they stop ripping off their customers.
The older gentleman that helped me tonight was simply wonderful. Funny and polite. I told him I was bringing the bagels back to MD and he said ri send him a postcard . Definitely worth the drive in the rain to get the bagels . They have gluten free options as well
The best
