Mr Omelette the Omelette Man

Mr. Omelette went above and beyond.We reached out to Mr. Omlette the Omlette man on Friday night hoping cater an event on Wednesday for 140 people. I teach at a high school, and our senior students were supposed to go on a trip to Six Flaggs; however, the charter bus didn't show up and the trip had to be cancelled. Needless to say we had some very disappointed teenagers. The staff at the school wanted to do something nice for the kids, and boy did Mr. Omelette ever come through! At the last minute (we only were able to confirm on Monday), he pulled together an amazing Omelette, waffle, potato, and bagel breakfast for the kids. He was at our school at 8am, set up his kitchen on the go, and then proceeded to feed our teenagers. He makes omelettes to order and they were delicious! The kids loved it.He was amazingly personable - when the kids we're ordering, he congratulated them on their upcoming graduation and made them feel special. Plus, when he heard of what happened to our kids, he was very generous. This is the type of small local business well worth supporting.

Some of the best omelettes i've ever tasted. The "Secret Sauce" was amazing and sticky.
