The small girl with the red hair just walks away twice and laughs as im trying to place my order, I wouldnt eat at this place honestly with the horrible service provided at this location. Would much rather go to other restaurants as they value your time unlike this Shake Shack

I really love Shake Shack, and this location in particular has some good people. Going there is never an issue, but ordering online is a nightmare. I only live about 10 minutes away, but every time I order in, no matter what service I use, it always takes at least an hour and when the food gets here it’s ice cold. Knowing it takes as long as it does, I obviously won’t order any shacks, because they’ll be melted, and it’s just really disappointing. I work in the opposite direction, so on a night like tonight, where I’m tired and don’t want to drive out of my way, I order in. I’m hungry, tired, and am already waiting 50 minutes, that’s not okay. I order from places a lot further away and never have to wait this long, they really need to do better, regardless of how much less they might be making from online orders, because this whole situation just turns me off to Shake Shack and makes me order a lot less often.

This is a odd review as the intent is different. I am an Uber driver and I just have to say your employees as so polite and amazing passengers. Whenever I pick up a worker from here, they are always so respectful. This speaks a lot to the quality of staff hired. Keep up the good work!
When I ordered for the first time, the food arrived still warm and was delicious. When I ordered the second and third time, after I ate the food along with the custard, and drank the drinks, I got sick the next day and had body pains. Today, I ordered food and my burger and onion rings arrived both ice cold. I asked for no cheese on my burger, and cheese was put on it. The food is good when it arrives hot or warm, and when it is not tampered with so that you do not get sick after eating it. Time to test the food and drink to find out if anything was put in it.

My partner and I came 45 minutes before closing and it was so busy still!
The establishment is extremely well kept— super clean and their condiment station stays loaded! Every hot item we ordered came out piping hot.
Big fan of their shroom burger if you like mushrooms or want to try something different.
Can’t recommend this shake shack more than enough.
