I loved this place! The frozen yogurt was absolutely delicious—especially the toasted marshmallow and nutty pistachio flavors. The toppings were also great, with cheesecake bites, coconut, and almonds adding the perfect touch. The spot itself is cute and inviting, making for a five-star experience. Highly recommend!

I went to that place today and ordered cookie and cream and it tasted bad and I also added oreos and they tasted like they were old. I dindt like it at all.

Here i thought i was saving myself hassle but was i wrong....I'm extremely disappointed in several ways. 1- the different sizes in cups vs at the other location its just wrong, 2-the girl never NEVER mentioned that the computers are down for points let alone they stopped doing poi ts altogether, 3- the pomegranate flavor was rancid , and 4-the girl could care less overall. If you bare a company's name then it should be ran the with the SAME expectations no matter what. I'd definitely would tell you to go to the Massapequa locations, you'd be better served and better off in general

The service here is impecable and the owner is really involved I see him there almost every time I go. The ice cream it’s self is great they’re a lot of options for everyone and they’re also good with allergies. Pricing is very good as well you have an unweighted cup with unlimited toppings for about 8$ and weighed cups for people who don’t like as much for about .79 cents per ounce, very fair.

Went there a few weeks ago. Machine with vanilla yogurt empty so we left. Time before that had filled cup and no hot fudge left. Last week went there and had filled yogurt cup. No fresh fruit and no whip cream. How come you can employ 2 girls at counter but can’t even supply fruit topping and keep ample whip cream in stock? I’m done with this nonsense. No whip cream? That’s like McDonald’s having no ketchup!Also before we had filled up our cups and staff were at counter. Then went to get toppings and they were both gone in the back. Great job guys to leave no one at the counter while our froyo melts. We almost left as you don’t deserve our business. We will go elsewhere from now on. This place was so nice years ago.

I have been a regular custom for years at both Oceanside (being that I live here) and Massapequa (when I visit my mom). I used to live to put my own toppings on with the all you can fill deal. Of course they had to put a stop to it when COVID hit so now you have to ask the worker to do it. I prefer to do it myself, but I understand that majority of people probably prefer the way it is now for sanitary reasons. The prices kept increasing, which I completely understand, especially nowadays. I go to get my All You Can Fill cup and when I take the cup out, it's smaller! I just put the cup back and walked right out of the store. So you increase your prices AND decrease the amount of product?? That's where I draw the line. I'm very sad to say that tonight I have officially broken up with my favorite dessert Go-To ?

I hate to leave unhappy reviews, but I was extremely disappointed by this acai bowl. It was soupy and had ice chunks and no flavor. Acai should be thick and creamy - just some constructive criticism, I hope they change their recipe and I’d try again. The staff working were nice though!

Daughters favorite frozen yogurt place. Never disappointed.
