There is one hispanic lady always here who’s a SWEETHEART!!!! we go everyday afterschool and see her and she’s so so nice we love her!! all of a sudden some lady from the franchise came and she’s so rude! she started lecturing my mom and i… never met someone so nasty. going to start going to the rockville center or lynbrook location instead.

Food is great the only issue is that the 2 managers are getti and rude and really unprofessional first they tell me to relax you don t tell your customers to relax that's very disrespectful you yall don't need to be working in the service industry the only good person I'd promote is the cleaning lady who actually works an gets things done ✔️ an then because they dont have anyone at the counter attending people people are forced to wait over 30 min im pretty sure i saw a mouse in the back to 🐁 unlike the rude an disrespectful managers I will be calling corporate

So my wife on her way home from work pucked up Taco Bell for us. She went through the drive-through and placed the order. Keep in mind I am allergic to tomatoes! When she ordered my food, she specifically requested no tomatoes for both of us jist in case. And guess what, all our food had tomatoes😲. I don't know what the issue is if it is ignorance, stupidity, or a language barrier, but I can only imagine what would happen if I ate it. Let's just say that is the last time we go to this Taco Bell

I really don't like eating fast food that much. But I can always count on Taco Bell for something delicious and cheap my go-to is a Cheesy bean and rice burrito always tasty always fresh. The service is pretty good I only use the drive-thru my only complaint is sometimes they cannot hear me speak. And sometimes there's a language barrier but that's not really a big issue. I also have to add that I like Taco Bell because I don't like to eat meat and there's a lot of vegetarian options
