Quality of the food was fresh and very good no question! Nice cocktails! The calamari appetizer was not done right in my opinion the coating was mushy and the calamari was tough. The vibe and experience overall was just a bit boring for us.

We ate here with another couple for the second time about 12 months ago. We all ordered entrees and I split a pasta with clam sauce entree with my friend as an appetizer. There was a decent amount of clams in it. When we got the bill there was an extra charge for additional clams. We didn't ask for extra clams and when we complained the waiter said she spoke to the owner and there was nothing they could do. I was thinking of going back tonight as I'm no longer annoyed but after seeing reviews with a similar theme I'm done. It's also very noisy.

Went to this fine establishment last night with seven of my family members. I was so impressed with the service, especially our waiter Jordan we were not rushed. We were not hurried. The appetizers was spectacular. The bake clams perfectly cooked.I had the veal cutlet Parmesan with linguine in garlic and oil absolutely delicious, I don’t know why anybody would say anything bad about this place. We had a wonderful experience.

How is this place still open? The way they treat customers is unreal. I ordered a pork chop and it was overcooked, very dry and hard to eat. I was yelled at by the woman, owner. She is very high strung and unprofessional. Look at the way she replies to bad reviews. Comical.

the vibes in here are immaculate. the lighting is dim and even though it’s small, you still feel a sense a privacy. the food is fresh and filled with flavor. i will definitely be coming back. 100% worth it. the customer service and owners are the sweetest as well. 10/10 def recommend

Seating around us in prime locations remained available our entire meal. Small main portions. Our take home food was never packaged and returned to us. Disappointing all around…

I threw my mom a 60th birthday here and everything that is said about the owners of this place are 100% true. Owner charges for drinks that people didnt order, charged over $200 dollars for FLAT and sparkling water that no one ordered. Accused the woman at my party of ordering and eating more than one dinner. Coffee and tea was included in the package so the waiter only offered cappuccinos and espressos so they can charge extra.The salmon served was around 1 ounce. They are completely scamming and lying to people. Spoke to people in oceanside after the party and 2 others said the owner charged for more alcoholic beverages that they did not order when they had dinner here. They are running a legitimate scam here and there are 27 woman that can confirm this- their reviews will follow shortly!

Had dinner there Sunday with my family. Everything was fantastic. It was the first time my Family was there. I've been there several times. They were blown away by the food, service, and atmosphere. Drinks are always on point and they have a great wine selection. The entire staff is wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful evening!!

TUTTI AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The owners are MISERABILE MORONS!!! Every bad review is spot on, and i never leave bad reviews, but you guys DESERVE IT....These 2 Knuckle heads ruined Valentines Day for us cause we didn't like the dish soap shrimp.(anyone whos knows shrimp is gone bad at that point) Yet we tried to force it down..We didn't even ask to take it off the check. We just mentioned we weren't happy about it, and they made a spectacle in front of the whole restaurant. I'm so happy my wife told them off and walked out. Lol. I paid later thru zelle cause I felt bad for these 2 shmucks... YEA HOPE YOU READ THIS AND REMEMBER YA LOSERS. By the way, your veal picata was like rubber, too.... Step it up or shut down cause you suck... I wasn't going to write this, but you never once tried to apologize. I'll give you 2 one more shot, and I'll take this post down. Otherwise, I recommend that no one waste money at your establishment.

A woman came over and asked if we had reservations. I said we didn’t and she seem to be annoyed she mumbled something under her breath and not friendlyThen she looks at me and says well it’s still early. We got seated and we looked online at the prices were not listed. I figured how bad could it be. The only thing saving that place for a lower review is that our waiter was so amazing.very friendly and nice. So we went with the special Barada with fruit I didn’t know the price i figure couldn’t be more than $20. I decided to order another special not knowing what the price was it was like a sample of pasta. It was pretty small so I was shocked when it was over $35 for a small plate. It wasn’t even that great for that price. I think the restaurant thinks that they are located in Manhattan because the prices are unbelievable for oceanside.

Given the abundance of Italian restaurants in this area, extremely confused why people would waste their money at a spot that is unwelcoming, terrible service and “okay” food. Had a reservation for 8pm, arrived at 7:50pm and was not acknowledged by staff until 8:15pm when my husband had to ask for someone to seat us. It was as if we were ghosts. Another couple came and left during this time as well. We still had to wait another 15 or 20 minutes for the table to be ready. Totally get being understaffed (I worked in restaurants for years), but why accept an 8pm reservation if you’re unable to seat the table at the time of reservation? At about 8:40 we were finally seated. Waitress then forgot to put in the appetizers, which was frustrating given how long we waited to be seated. Food was alright but I’ve had much better Italian for less expensive than this spot. Then as we were leaving, the owner or manager (not sure) asked how our dinner was and we said after 3 hours, it was fine. The bartender then proceeded to laugh and mock the comment “oOoh tHrEe HoUrS HAHA” (squidward voice) rather than apologizing for the long wait time, forgetting the apps, or just waiting until we were out of the ear shot to make fun of customers who just paid 250$ to your business for dinner. Horrendous experience and will never go back. There are plenty of Italian restaurants to choose from around ocean side/RVC/long beach. Please don’t waste your money here. Tutti [hell]noi.

Awful dining experience. Here’s how it went: We had a reservation but weren’t acknowledged for 20 minutes (15 minutes passed the time of the reservation.) And to be acknowledged, it took a proactive - “hello we’ve been waiting here 20 minutes and nobody has acknowledged us, is there a host/ hostess?” The response- “ we’re all working here!!” You can immediately tell that this is the type of establishment that have regular customers whom the owners treat very well, but others like foreigners. Or at least they choose who they treat well….Finally we get a seat at a table 30 minutes after the reservation. The food took over an hour and the salad was forgotten about. There was some “ apologies “ but no actions. Nothing taken off the bill. No friendly manager to reassure this wouldn’t happened again… no redemption or attempt at salvation at all.Lastly, the drinks are great and the food is not bad ! But I’m talking about experience here ..Keep your regulars and to the new customers Beware!!
