Not impressed. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a muffin, I received a breakfast sandwich on a crossiant, which was not wonderful. I ordered at drive thru. I was not offered a receipt. Not sure I will return.
No condiments.
Slow service.
Food not fresh.
Only put a few fries in the container.
When trying to address this using customer survey option on the back of the receipt, I was redirected to a Trump website that wanted money for a Trump re-election.
20 minutes before they closed I ordered a crispy chicken parm sandwich. I specifically said not the spicy sandwich, but i ended up getting a spicy sandwich. I called, and they agreed to remake my sandwich and fries for me. so i went back and got there 6 minutes before they closed, and the woman said that it'll take 4 minutes to cook.
