The sauce was dry on my pizza I ordered a couple days ago. I got a stuffed crust,with no crust seasoning flavor, but it was on it. Needless to say, most our pizza went to waste because the kids didn't even like it. The chicken wings had hardly any sauce. Horrible experience ordered two sandwiches and nacho fries from there no one answered so it went to the corporate telephone lines where they preced to butcher my order. I then call to claim my incorrect order where I received an "apology" from the manager and a we will work on it. No sort of making it right with the customer at all. They will never get my business again nor should they yours.

Did a online order arrived to pick it up. Waited in lobby over 10 mins and not a single employee acknowledged me but looked at me several times. Then when I told the waitress why I was upset she replied with "whatever". Never in my life have I experienced such a bad experience from a pizza hut. So disappointing. Plus ask for no sausage and there it was on the pizza. And no sauce for breadstick.
