Absolutely abysmal service quite honestly one of the worst burger kings I've ever visited. They dont toast their buns. The parking lot is a wreck with more potholes than are worth counting. The staff are often times rude or absent. Most times I've ordered from this location they've forgotten items or made items wrong for example I've ordered a bacon cheese burger before with no bacon. The inside of the establishment is mediocre at best often times tables are left with crumbs or strange puddles. And ive lived in the area for quite sometime the establishment only started getting this bad about 2-3 years ago but as of late 2025 AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I was in today with my young children trying to enjoy my day off by treating them to lunch at your store. I was a bit taken back by your employee Rachel is her name I believe, young blonde with glasses. Her mouth is that of a sailor and was quite rude to my kids and I. I've always enjoyed your store until today. I will think twice now before returning as I don't need a 4 and 6 year old hearing the language that came from her mouth and her treatment of us and some of your other employees.

The milkshake machine was broke. The order was a bacon king, and whatever was on it tasted sour? My daughter had the classi. Chicken and she said the same thing. The fries we cold.

Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers with mayo and lettuce, the bacon cheese burgers didn't have bacon or lettuce on them only mayo. Also ordered 2 bacon and Swiss royal crispy chicken, the whole order was messed up. I'll be following up in the morning with the manager!

I'm from OOT here on business. Had to finish some preliminary project work. Got the Big Fish combo for a quick bite. Drove back to my room and started to eat. As I chewed, I thought to myself, why does this meal taste like cardboard? I removed the top bun to find/see the disgusting burnt piece that was supposed to resemble food (look at the pic). Tasted like eating brown dried grass! Don't know how long that could've been sitting there...likely for hours! Unfortunately, I had taken a couple bites before seeing this inedible mess! Not sure why the crew member was too lazy and felt he couldn't drop a fresh fillet down to cook. I was the only one in the store at the time. Better hope I don't become "sick!!" I saved that nasty meal and still have my receipt for proof of purchase!!!
