The milkshake machine was broke. The order was a bacon king, and whatever was on it tasted sour? My daughter had the classi. Chicken and she said the same thing. The fries we cold.

Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers with mayo and lettuce, the bacon cheese burgers didn't have bacon or lettuce on them only mayo. Also ordered 2 bacon and Swiss royal crispy chicken, the whole order was messed up. I'll be following up in the morning with the manager!
I'm from OOT here on business. Had to finish some preliminary project work. Got the Big Fish combo for a quick bite. Drove back to my room and started to eat. As I chewed, I thought to myself, why does this meal taste like cardboard? I removed the top bun to find/see the disgusting burnt piece that was supposed to resemble food (look at the pic). Tasted like eating brown dried grass! Don't know how long that could've been sitting there...likely for hours! Unfortunately, I had taken a couple bites before seeing this inedible mess! Not sure why the crew member was too lazy and felt he couldn't drop a fresh fillet down to cook. I was the only one in the store at the time. Better hope I don't become "sick!!" I saved that nasty meal and still have my receipt for proof of purchase!!!

Truly do not recommend the chicken was undercooked and the order was messed up they were out of a lot of options as well ordered the royal crispy chicken and not at all a good experience

Didn't get the order right.... Rodeo burger had no onion rings, kids meals didn't have sauce as requested and dbl whopper had pickles and barely any onions when I asked for no pickles and extra onions
