Salad bar was decent. Ordered cheeseburger medium, american cheese. 20 minutes later got well done burger with no cheese. Waitress apologized, took back to kitchen. Cheese added, again cooked more. Returned with very dry, tough to chew, very well-done burger. Couldn't eat it after trying a few bites. Not in Ogdensburg very often but won't visit Busters again.

•★• Buster's Sports Bar and Grill has been an Ogdensburg favorite for many ever since I can remember. My mother's local league softball team was sponsored by Buster's Bar and Grill for quite a few years. Every game day that they were scheduled for Buster's would give a free pizza to any players and their families after the games so it became somewhat of a tradition through out my childhood into my adult years. Their salad bar is always stocked with crisp fresh veggies and is worth the little extra $$ forthe enhancement to a already amazing meal. Tho they specialize in typical sports bar menu options, their appetizers are always yummy and their order to serve wait time is regularly a breeze. With all the cool sports memorabilia to take in and look at, not only am I sure you can find yourself a fave but it is a convosation starter for sure which is a good way to pass the time as you wait for your order to be served. Great food and friendly staff with a welcoming and positive sports bar vibe. ★★★★ 👍👍

It was my husband and my's first time in a Buster's restaurant and most likely our last. The waitress was impatient with us and mocked me for going to see what was at the salad bar first before ordering it. She rushed us and wanted us to decide quickly. She was super friendly with other groups who knew her by name. We felt very unwelcome. Every other restaurant in Ogdensburg has had welcoming and kind staff. If you're from out of town, I recommend Phil's Diner or anywhere else but Buster's.

Stopped in with the family while waiting for my daughter attending a nearby birthday party. Haven't been in years. Service was friendly and very attentive. Soup and salad bar was fresh and very tasty. Food was cooked well. Only gripe out burgers and sandwiches needed more seasoning and/or a sauce. Prices were fair and reasonable.

Unique sports bar/restaurant with alot of sports decor with even the tables having embedded images of older athletes. Service and food was good.

The food was fine. I was disappointed by the salad bar. Fake bacon bits don't belong in a salad bar. Having 2 doors let's in a lot of cold air, especially when one doesn't seem to close properly.

Food was great, our waitress was very kind and checked in often. Hostess seems like she hates her job and needs an attitude check… We did not have a nice experience with her.
Service was great! Came around and checked on us multiple times. Knowledge about the menu. The cream pie is to die for! Loved it! The quesadilla was full and delicious. The tenders to were tasteful and yummy!

We have eaten at Busters for the last 30+ years. Our favorite has always been the soup and salad bar. Over the years it has gone down in quality. Today was most likely our last day. The quality of the food has gone down hill significantly. Everything today was tastless except for the fact that somethings on the salad bar tasted fermented. I wasn't even compelled to go back for seconds of anything. Very disappointed. Just to note, I'm not a picky eater.
