My boyfriend and I called for 2 orders of poutine with CURLY fries and 1 order of fried dough with just butter and powder sugar. We got 2 orders of poutine with regular fries and fried dough with absolutely nothing on it. When we were ordering she kept trying to cut us off as if she was in a hurry and then our food gets here and it’s all wrong. We called to get it corrected but she insisted that because she couldn’t get ahold of her manger and her shift ended already there was nothing she could do and hung up.

The salad was extremely fresh and the Hot Turkey sandwich meal was huge and very good. Delivery was fast and pricing was reasonable.
I ordered 2 things and they messed it up from the start I ordered cheesy bread sticks and a roast beef sub with mayo Russian provolone cheese lettuce onion oil shaker and grated cheese. Non of the order was right called back was supposed to get a sub made right never happened will not order from her again not very happy with this place at all.

Ordered a whole turkey club sub with lettuce and tomatoes on half, with provolone cheese, and a half turkey club with lettuce and American cheeese with parm shaker and oil...neither sub had any lettuce and the half sub had no bacon, no oil, no lettuce and no parm shakers...delivery was 45mins....ended up being over an hour...not impressed and will not be ordering again.

Placed an order online and it took 2 hours to get here. Called the store to get ETA and they said it was out for delivery and it took 30 minutes longer. Food was very cold.
This is a weird place, place looks abandoned when you walk in, staff seem to not understand where they are and the food is pretty blah

Ordered tonight and it took 1.5 hours to get delivered. The food was cold and the order wasn't even fully correct. Not to mention, their popcorn chicken tastes disgusting, definitely straight out of a box from a store and they charge $8 for it.
