Every order I've gotten from here is weirdly made but today.....why did the cut open the donut to fill is ? Isn't there a tool for this.....

The guy at the drive through needs to be fired, period. Told me they were closed (they were open) and then said he was kidding. Gave me a small coffee when I paid for a large. Proceeded to argue. Hire competent staff who act professional, please.

Coffee is good but not great , a large is what is med anywhere else , and the absolute worst Cappuccino I've ever gotten. Sad to see Dunkin go down the drain. This last visit, will be my last visit.

Hadn't set foot in a Dunkin since they closed all Canadian locations. We got amazing service in Watertown. Coffee was great and so were the Munchkins.

There was somewhat of a wait but when we finally got to the window we realized the gentleman that took our order was the only one working. There were 3 other pin there but they were just standing around talking and laughing. So great job to him. Not sure his name but it was on 11-6-2024 at around 830 am.
Was good until I had plastic in my mouth and more in my drink.

I don't usually leave reviews, but after months of being rushed, getting my food to find out it's wrong and now burning the food I paid for, I can't support Dunkin anymore by being a paying customer.
A few other things -
The parking lot and drive through is a tight squeeze.
Very very slow at times when waiting for food
Sometimes I see only one person working on a busy day
Parking: A very tight squeeze to park and it's hard to back out of a parking space.

Always a go-to when I visit the USA from Canada. Their iced coffee is great. I have always received average service though. Staff isn’t necessarily rude but they’re definitely not friendly. Last time I visited, I ordered a croissant and since french is my first language, I used the french pronunciation for it and the drive-thru employee snickered and repeated « croissant » in the most American accent I’ve ever heard. I’ll still visit next time i’m in town and I hope that girl was just having a bad day.

This location is not good at processing orders. The prices are high and the service is mostly slow when I've been there. The drive thru needs work as it's very tight coming out of the drive thru leading out to the road.
Parking: Not much parking and accidents are prone due to the tightness of parking lot into the drive thru.
