I've been here for breakfast, brunch and lunch. It is a very busy and high volume place for breakfast and brunch times, slowing down during lunch. The staff work incredibly hard and deserve a minimum 20% + tip every time! I still recommend going for breakfast if you don't mind crowds: the food is pretty good for the cost and it's a great family vibe. My issue was getting something to go for lunch: it wasn't busy at all, took time to flag the server's attention (who was chatting with a customer), and the food took way too long for take out. When I brought it back to the person (who couldn't leave their home) - the food was really greasy and overdone. It was very disappointing considering how great they are when the restaurant is packed. My suspicion is the management fails to give their staff decent breaks so when the volume of customers slow, the staff is too exhausted to maintain consistent service. It's obvious that this is a management issue that won't get solved any time soon. Note to self: only go when it's busy if I want good food and good service.
