Great little burger place, full of tasty food, bright colors, and a healthy dose of nostalgia. The food was right on time as requested. The order was accurate. The burgers are small but inexpensive, so grab a couple. They are generous with the fries.I'll be honest and say the wimpy sauce was not my favorite. We found Wimpy's Inn on one of our cross-border shopping trips. It had good reviews and was close to the bridge, so we thought we'd try them out. Let me tell you, they exceeded our expectations! The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was fantastic! I ordered the shrimp dinner and my wife had a cheeseburger. While we waited, we kept hearing people come in and order Wimpy burgers. This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I ordered cabbage salad, fries, a wimpy burger, and deep fried cheese curds. The cabbage salad has the most finely chopped cabbage I have ever eaten and was very good. The fries were simply excellent. The burger with their own sauce was also excellent. And the fried cheese curds with wimpy sauce for dipping just enhanced the entire experience. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 9.3.
