After going to a service my wife and I needed a place to sit and relax and we decided upon here. We are so glad that we stopped in as the welcoming relaxed atmosphere paired with friendly service gave us the peace of mind we needed. We ordered the steak meal and a breakfast meal and it was way under the price we were willing to spend so we were surprised. Always good food here at Phillips diner..... Services good restaurant is nice and clean..... A good variety of food on their menu......Parking: Parking lot right next to the diner same piece of land the diner sits on, very close to the diner......

Has been a favourite for years and I am so happy that we can cross the border again and eat there.The place is amazing and the people and atmosphere is fantastic.Parking: Multiple spots on the property and on street parking also vlose.
