this is the restaurant that kicked out the victims from the ivy Ridge prison for children. They kicked them out because one of the abusers was there and felt uncomfortable being exposed for her husband's child abuse.

After going to a service my wife and I needed a place to sit and relax and we decided upon here. We are so glad that we stopped in as the welcoming relaxed atmosphere paired with friendly service gave us the peace of mind we needed. We ordered the steak meal and a breakfast meal and it was way under the price we were willing to spend so we were surprised. I had only one discrepancy, when I wanted a refill on coffee I couldn't seem to get the waitress attention. I assumed she was busy and went without. Still worth the visit I assure you, We will for sure be coming back with our son for a nice afternoon meal!

customer service was great. food arrived extremely fast which was a concern. the fries I ordered with my burger were barley warm though. bun for my burger was twice the size of the burger itself. wasn't very pleased and will not be returning.
If you don't want good service, then definitely eat here. The server never came back to check on us after receiving drinks. Took our order and did not see her again until food arrived. She gave us our food and put the bill on the table. I had to ask her at that time for more coffee. It appeared to be an inconvenience for her. The food was alright. I would not eat there again nor recommend this place.

Always good food here at Phillips diner..... Services good restaurant is nice and clean..... A good variety of food on their menu......Parking: Parking lot right next to the diner same piece of land the diner sits on, very close to the diner......
