The Bayside is a lovely place to dine w the view of the St Lawrence river. The menu is fantastic, there's so much delicious food to choose from. The service is very good as well. I would definitely recommend you give them a try.
Preface and TL;DR: I really enjoyed it but the service was slow. They were nice about it.Stopped at noon on a Sunday. Reviews were positive so thought we'd give it a go.Adorable decor and the tables are embossed with the logo. Seated almost immediately but when I look around to see what everyone else is eating, only one of six tables has food. It's starting to get busier too. The food was not what is expected from what is advertised. I ordered salmon with rice. The rice was not cooked and wouldn't even melt the butter. The bread was delivered on a metal tray instead of a cutting board. A fine restaurant would have cloth napkins instead of cheap paper. Very disappointed with the overall experienceKid-friendliness: It seemed OK.
