Our family of 7 from Maine has discovered this gem in Old Forge. We were greeted with friendliness and a calm atmosphere.Water glasses continually filled and All of our meals were absolutely wonderful.
We will return to Billys with family and friends with every visit to camp.

Their food is the best Italian food I have ever had!The best service and friendly. It was nice seeing everyone working together even the owner helping the waitresses. Service was even 100% better. I definitely will be back if I’m in the area.

Billy's Restaurant | Italian is a small, one-room dining establishment in Old Forge with a comfortable, 'small town' atmosphere. The food is delicious, with large servings and high quality that keeps the place busy. Specific meals mentioned include vodka riggies, which are outstanding and very flavorful, and veal parmisiana, cooked perfectly and delicious. The greens are fantastic with just the right amount of spice and a bit of added cheese. Appetizers like coconut shrimp come out quickly and are really good, and desserts such as cannoli and a surprise slice of cake are also very good. The staff is friendly, pleasant, attentive, and will bag any leftovers. Owner Billy greets many people at the door, checks on guests often, and is a local who loves to chat about the area. Due to limited seating, reservations are recommended all year long. The price is rather high but worth it for an outstanding experience.
