Daiker’s was a great lunch stop on our drive through the Adirondack’s. There was a long wait for a table outside, but luckily there was ample space at the outdoor bar, so we opted for that option to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake. The bartender was really friendly. The beer selection was decent. I would have liked more local beer options, but they did have a Saranac pumpkin ale, which was great (especially with the cinnamon sugar rim). The food was the only downside....

If I could give 10 stars I would. Not only is the food great, they have live music which is rare anymore in most places. Their drink selection is plentiful, the staff is so friendly and kind, and the ownership is an active part of the entire process. I highly recommend to not only locals but visitors coming in to camp. Great setting all around! Jeremy

My daughter was served raw chicken. Unfortunately, she’s young and has never had uncooked chicken before so she ate a bite before telling me that it didn’t taste good. As a courtesy, when there is something wrong with a meal, it is typically taken off of the bill. While the waitress apologized and brought out a new order, we had all lost our appetites and my son refused to finish his chicken after we picked through it to make sure that his meal was okay before she brought...
