I was there with a friend I visit who lives in near Pulaski. We both had the best over easy eggs ever! I had hash with mine, she had a egg, and bacon on a bagel! Both delicious š š

If youāre looking for 6 eggs at grocery store prices, just make it yourself. But itās always nice to sit down at a breakfast joint, be served a hot meal, and enjoy good coffee. Keys Pancake House was popping, and itās not hard to see why ā the food is consistent, the service is great, and the atmosphere is lively.Itās a greasy spoon at its finest. Iāll definitely be back next time Iām in Old Forge!

The atmosphere and service are great but the food was lacking in flavor and the pancakes were gritty. Maybe that's the way the food has always been maybe that's why it's so popular but it didn't work for me. We had the pancakes loaded home fries eggs Benny and apple stuffed French toast. If you go, I hope you have better tasting good.

Iām not impressed with waiting over an hour for pancakes, eggs and toast on August 18th 2025, when everyone else came, ate and went and we were still sitting there with coffee and water. I finally told the server we were paying for the coffee and leaving, when she said all of a sudden, āYour order is ready now.ā We ate semi-cold food as the waitress apologized who set this whole thing up. We are not returning. Whoops! Big mistake. And you all know who I am too, which is why you all did this. How sad and miserable for you.
Update! 8/18/25 3:26 pm Eastern Time! I am so sorry I just offended the owner of Keyes Pancake House. Itās just that this unusual weird restaurant treatment follows me worldwide, so itās pretty specific to me as I have been targeted. But Iām just the one who is sad and miserable and I am so dramatic. I must have lied about everything I posted. I am so sorry just as you are! Have a wonderful day.

This was our first time. It took a bit for the server to greet us, but we were seated fast. The food was what you would expect at a breakfast place. Nothing crazy good but all good none the less. Pricing was so high for juice, but everything else was priced reasonable. Will go back to try more of the menu.

This place is giving upstate NY tourism a bad reputation.
We had a party of 7 on a Sunday morning, our expectations of quick service were low, but this set the bar even lower. We were told 35 minutes to get a table, we waited 55 minutes. When seated, two of our party were sat on the other side of the dining room. Our food order (mostly pancakes, sheesh) took 45 minutes to arrive. Another party of 8(seated after us) finished their meal by the time we received our food. Waitress gave me my brother-in-lawās omelet, and forgot my sandwich - which she verified with me after taking the orderā¦. because she ācouldnāt read her writing.ā
She took the order again, but by the time the sandwich arrived, I had already eaten my wife and nieceās leftovers. I waved it off, asked it to be boxed up.
I wasnāt going to post a review, but now Iām home and the cold breakfast sandwich isnāt even what I ordered. Please work on this, you are sabotaging peopleās vacations.
