Ozzie's Coffee Bar is THE coffee spot in Old Forge! Their staff is exceptional, my orders are always spot on and accurate. Ozzie's breakfast sandwiches are second to none, pastries are fresh-try their cookies and pumpkin cake!!! Skip Dunkin in Barneveld, experience Ozzie's for yourself!!!
We stopped in for an afternoon coffee and Ozzie’s was nice inside and the workers were friendly. We didn’t have to wait long. Prices are high, so I could only buy one drink and shared it. I’m not sure when it became okay for a cup of coffee to cost so much, but that is the reality. It’s a shame that they can’t offer a basic hot coffee for $1, or even $2 or $3.
We tried the Frappuccino, and it was very sweet and delicious. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the pumpkin bread was amazing — after finishing it, we ordered another one to take with us. You can really taste the pumpkin, it was excellent. We also had the McCauley Mountain Panini, which was very nice. The sauce was excellent, and the roast beef with the melting blue cheese was truly delicious. It could have had a bit more filling, but nonetheless, the flavor was amazing....
