My husband and I just finished up a delish breakfast.. sausage biscuits gravy for him and eggs Benedict for me- as ALWAYS it was delish. As we were eating we agreed Walt’s has the most consistent meals, we’re always pleased! Great start to awesome food in the ADK for snowmobile season!

We are giving this place one out of five stars. During our visit, three out of six family members found hair in their food, which is completely unacceptable. The quality of the food was also not up to standard, and it's outrageous that we were charged extra for basic items like french fries that should be included with a burger meal. Furthermore, the kitchen was filled with smoke while they were cooking, indicating a serious lack of proper ventilation. This raises concerns about their compliance with OSHA regulations. Additionally, none of the cooks were wearing gloves and hair nets, which likely contributed to the hair in our meals. We will NOT be returning to this establishment.

Seated quickly, got our drinks from hostess, then nothing. A lady I’m pretty sure wasn’t our waitress took our order eventually and said we weren’t on the list of tables that hadn’t been waited on. She was very friendly! Food came quick enough. Ordered our burgers well done, husband’s was burned, he ate it anyway. My cheeseburger was good. Fryer wasn’t working that day. Mac salad was good.

This place is great. The place was full of customers so we sat at the counter today, watching the (2) cooks work seamlessly together. The waitresses were moving fast, but kept a friendly attitude with everyone. We were amazed how quickly we got our food. Fish fry was delicious. Highly recommend.
