The portions are generous and the service was outstanding; however, we had to keep asking for missing items. Their homemade Italian bread was delicious. The pancakes were plate size. We highly recommend these items. What would be nice would be for some gluten-free breakfast items such as bread, pancakes, French toast, and/or bagels. My daughter that needs to be gluten-free ate something that clearly had gluten which shouldn't have had; therefore, gluten-free items...
Came here for breakfast after a two day backpacking trip a few miles outside of town. My two compatriots and I stumbled in looking like disheveled woods hobos, and were promptly seated. We barely had to wait to have our orders taken despite the restaurant being fairly busy at the time, and our food was at our table in less than 10 minutes. I ordered the sausage gravy and biscuits, which was like the breath of life itself after spending a weekend living off of freeze-dried meals....
Spin the Walt's many, many many times. I'm afraid we see the service and the food not as good as it used to be. Potatoes for breakfast were half cooked. Waitress never came back to see if we needed anything. Not up to their usual service and food as it used to be
