AJ's has been my go to for take out food for quite some time. However, in the last few months the quality has went down hill tremendously. The last time I ordered the food arrived here 40 mins after it said it was out for delivery. The whole order was cold by the time it reached us. This time, I should have known better to order it at all, but was hoping it was a fluke. The food was all overcooked. The SW wraps aren't the same at all and taste horrible. The grilled chicken sub I ordered had very little chicken in it. It was mainly lettuce and black olives. Has this restaurant changed hands? Something is way off about all their food and we always tip well. What gives Aj's?

I moved back to Olean over a yr ago and almost forgot about this gem! The staff and drivers help make the experience pleasant and the subs are delicious! I got a menu today and look forward to trying other items! The Hornblowers must be so happy about the new ownership! Thank you A & Js!!!!

Cannot recommend and I was a long-time customer. Ordered chicken quesadilla for delivery. The middle looked burnt when I opened box and mostly cheese not chicken. Second time now. Called and manager argued about it.
