Truly amazing service, they even did a special request for us, making the hibachi combo into a teriyaki combo. The boba is amazing, the sushi is to die for, no wonder the place is still open, they really are great. The fresh fruit in their ice cream is wonderful 😋. My daughter goes all the time, and this was my first visit, the lady calls Nya sweetie ❤️ 💕 super sweet. I will definitely be back there. It is very much worth the money.
the man at the register was lovely and the food is buss!!!! i definitely recommend coming if ur a college student as they have a very generous discount if u show ur student id, but even if ur not its very cheap but still good quality!!! also the food was very quick to come out and yummyyy!!!! will def be back w me friends yayayay

I’ve been coming to the Olean Arctic Bite since they opened. They have the best sushi, best ramen, best food in general. Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is cleanly. My favorite sushi spot 🤍

Nice place to eat. Food is good. Discovered the tips left by customers or put in the tip jar are NOT given to the waitstaff. Tips are all kept by management which is against New York state law. Waitstaff that say something risk termination. Management does NOT allow waitstaff to keep any tips.
