The food was very good. Not a fan of the ordering boards inside of the restaurant because there weren't as many options as there were on the app. So I had to walk away and use the actual clerk at the cash register to place my order.

Food is mediocre at best, and the staff is rude, including management. Most of the time, the dining room is filthy, even when they're slow. Garbage is almost always overflowing. The drink bar is filthy. Food takes forever due to lack of work by employees and managing by management. Drive-thru is the worst! Both inside and out. Lastly, you might get what you ordered. Who knows?

Cold in the dining room otherwise we would frequent the restaurant more , it's warmer in other restaurants but we do like Burger King once in awhile but like I said we would never go back because it's too cold in the dining room

Fast food is something you have to maintain expectations with. These people take ZERO PRIDE in their work. How hard is it to make burger without it being a messy pile mess? Light ice means lite ice l, not half a cup of soda! management in this location needs to take a hard look in the mirror
