the best sub shop in western new york!! definitely recommend!! i customized my own and it was seriously the best sub i’ve ever had. i ordered half of a chicken tender sub with, shaved top round of steak, white american cheese, lettuce ,chipotle mayo, ranch and cucumbers

I spent 30 something dollars on a whole chicken tender sub with waffle fries, which i specifically stated i only wanted chicken and lettuce on, no cheese or sauce only for the sub to have everything on it. very disappointed.

We’ve been going to Clark’s since they opened and had been very happy. Great food, friendly service. The last 3 or 4 times we have been very disappointed! The food has been terrible. Tonight, I ordered a steak sub with light oil and mayo. It was literally dripping with oil and the roll was so soggy I couldn’t eat it. The lettuce was brown and disgusting. I try to support local businesses, and I get staffing is always an issue, but I won’t be ordering from there anytime soon.
Revised: I did receive a call back from Clark’s with an apology and explanation about why the sub was the way it was. Said they are working on an issue with their grill. I appreciate the call and will give them another chance.
