Dewey's Discount Beverage-Deli

Ordered over $100 worth of food yesterday, husband got in an accident on the way to pick it up. Called the owners to let them know and asked if there was ANYTHING they could do, and were met with incredible hostility and defensiveness. Saying they now had to throw away all the food and take a loss (not true, you can write it off under COGS tax expenses as ingredients and labor wasted.. they could have donated it to someone in need, worse case
scenario. We weren’t by any means expecting to be entirely refunded but, to have such LITTLE compassion and understanding was beyond disgusting. Do better. I can only hope that, should the day come where a situation you’re involved in involves understanding and ANY SORT OF HUMAN ASPECT..That the owners are treated better than they treated us. It was an already disgustingly stressful situation, treating us as some sort of way in our time of need is simply gross. And you’re a business owner? Wow. Just wow.

Was surprised to get such tasty homelike food in this small store. Every Saturday they have something special. The Indian food offered was delicious.

Food is Terrible Since The New Owners Took Over

I ordered a chicken rice bowl and I was blown away! Will most certainly be ordering again!!!

Had an excellent fish fry delivered. Can not say enough!

Great place to take your recycling. No waiting, you just count up what you have before you go separate the aluminum cans from the plastic. Be honest, tell him what you have, they pay you for your containers and you leave. Can't complain.

Love the food. Hate the freaking parking lot. It goes downhill when you pull in. Snow and ice with barely any salt sucks. Please salt the living crap out of your parking lot 😒

We ordered meatball subs extra toasted and we get home and they are ice cold. Can't even eat them. I called and let the worker know that they were ice cold and not even toasted. He said have a nice day. We won't be back.

Been going to Dewey's for over 50 years. :)

I recommend the subs, my 32 year old kid likes the chicken wing pizza.

And as always, coldest beer in town.
