Awesome job you guys. Lunch today was amazing. Always hot and fresh. Generous portions and sweet as can be every time I call in to order. One of our Olean gems for sure. Gooey, savory and perfectly toasted Rueben. Hot crispy seasoned fries and onion rings. Huge loaded breakfast burrito (at almost noon might I add) even not getting a burger this time, they never disappoint!

The quality of the food was terrible all frozen processed burger patties not even a real burger!!! The only positive part of my experience was the waitress she was very nice anf polite even tho she was just a stand in that was helping out
Ate here 2/13/2021. So there's a small and stocked firearm store attached to Jaks burger shak....Awsome....After viewing and talking to John at fire arm store (did I mention inventory was impressive especially the hand gun display along with very reasonable prices on all firearms) I made my way to the Burger shack which is 4 steps away from firearm store... ordered a cheese burger...white americam,lettuce, tomato,onion ,mayo and a large fried. Not expecting much...man was I wrong. The burger was 4.5" tall. 1/2 inch beef patty cooked to perfection. Burger bun was fresh and to size to match burger patty. Lettuce, tomato and onion was cut fresh to order crisp clean and crunchy! Don't judge by the appearance and definitely try them out. My new go to when I'm in olean ny. Also the wait staff ( I visited between 12:30 to 1:45) was polite and on top of her game and genuinely friendly.No waiting for any thing. I 100% recommend this place to any one in the area. Did I mention they serve alchool? I give a 5 star review!

We stopped in for fish fries. The food was very good but it was cold in the restaurant. The waitress was also very friendly and helpful. From past experience, the burgers here are excellent.

Great service. We showed up with 12 people and there was only one lady in the kitchen. She absolutely KILLED it and served us with a smile. Experience was awesome
