I went there Saturday November 1st. The womans bathroom was absolutely horrible toilets not clean toilet paper all over the floor no bag in garbage can. Lobby was just as bad got tacos that weren't even cooked right. I will absolutely never go there again.

Got pulled forward in drive thru for 2 chicken sandwiches a kids meal and famous bowl. Waited almost 20 mins and finally got my food for it to be cold. So 30$ and 30 min for cold food. Honestly worst food and service ever from this KFC

The bathrooms here are always gross, toilets barley flushed, stinks as well. Sometimes there will be urine and poop on the floor in the bathrooms. Mostly females. Employees roll their eyes over the bathrooms many times not caring to check on it. Some employees are rude over simple questions. They mess up food orders all the time as well.
Do not order here! You order will never be correct. “Ahmas” always “checks” the bags but it is never correct. I don’t know why I ever bother with this place. Maybe hire employees who actually care or have the ability to read.

I ordered the 3 piece big box meal with white meat, coleslaw and corn for the sides. I even asked 2xs if they understood that I wanted white meat. Employee taking the order said yes. I still ended up getting two thighs and a drum stick. I also ordered a large diet Pepsi, the cup was only a little more than half full with a lot of fizz which made the pop flat. I did go back to the drive-thru and they replaced the chicken. This same thing has happened several times before. A person gets tired of placing a food order and it being filled wrong.
