Got pulled forward in drive thru for 2 chicken sandwiches a kids meal and famous bowl. Waited almost 20 mins and finally got my food for it to be cold. So 30$ and 30 min for cold food. Honestly worst food and service ever from this KFC

The bathrooms here are always gross, toilets barley flushed, stinks as well. Sometimes there will be urine and poop on the floor in the bathrooms. Mostly females. Employees roll their eyes over the bathrooms many times not caring to check on it. Some employees are rude over simple questions. They mess up food orders all the time as well.

Do not order here! You order will never be correct. “Ahmas” always “checks” the bags but it is never correct. I don’t know why I ever bother with this place. Maybe hire employees who actually care or have the ability to read.

I ordered the 3 piece big box meal with white meat, coleslaw and corn for the sides. I even asked 2xs if they understood that I wanted white meat. Employee taking the order said yes. I still ended up getting two thighs and a drum stick. I also ordered a large diet Pepsi, the cup was only a little more than half full with a lot of fizz which made the pop flat. I did go back to the drive-thru and they replaced the chicken. This same thing has happened several times before. A person gets tired of placing a food order and it being filled wrong.

Manager spent the whole time I was in there screaming at employees, they messed up my order had to sit for like 45 minutes also heard the GM call an African American customer the N word

They hawk tuahed on my spicey chicken sandwich with a single extra pickle 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!!!
Parking: lots of good parking, found used condoms on the ground!!!!!!! Coming back tomorrow to collect them and put them in my jar!! Would come again!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give them a zero if it were possible. I sat in their drive thru for around 25 minutes before I could even order. My order was simple… a few wraps, and a chicken sandwich , not only did they have us pull foward but also forgot about us! And gave our food to someone else! We sat in front of everyone because they told us to pull up for 15 minutes before I got out and went in they pretty much ignored me and then someone tried to hand me the wrong food. When I told them it wasn’t mine they walked away and no one approached me again for over 10 minutes. Finally someone asked me what I ordered and then walked away. 5 more minutes later they informed me they forgot about us and gave out food to someone else. I finally got my food around 40 minutes after I paid for it I wonder if they would have ever noticed that we were still waiting. One simple sorry is all I got and no compassion. This is a fast food place I get it u are stressed but it’s not hard to be apologetic at least. If u don’t have customer service skills maybe u should find another job, people spend their money here waiting for food and they don’t even get what they want. I’ve had many experiences with this awful place, this low, dysfunctional place. As one of the workers laughed at me for being upset, absolutely disgusting. These people need to learn how to interact with customers.
