The food is good and spicy, but the delivery experience is making me question if I want to eat here again. The delivery driver wasn’t able to find my address, even though it is easily searchable in GPS. To his credit, he did call me twice but I wasn’t able to pick up the phone.Upon calling the restaurant back, I was told that the delivery driver doesn’t use GPS….. not using GPS seems like an unnecessary complication, in my opinion. 45 mins after talking with the restaurant, our food was delivered (thankfully still warm-ish).What caused me to write this review was that when the driver was delivering my food, instead of saying “I’m sorry for the confusion” or something along those lines, he said “this is ridiculous” and walked away. I’m blown away by the attitude that I received, especially since we regularly receive food deliveries (and have had food delivered by Rafi’s in the past) and have NEVER had this issue getting our food delivered. My address was correct. If the driver had been using GPS, this would have never been an issue.

Excellent food and great service. Chef Rafi is always there and very pleasant.
We stopped here on our way to Washington for a late lunch and Mr. Rafi attended to us himself. He went above and beyond with the service. The food portions were humungous and the place was very warm and welcoming. Their shrimp tandoori pasta was absolutely delicious. We will definitely return and tell all our friends about this gem in Olean.

Mian's chicken curry dinners are to die for! Ughh, I cannot get enough of the stuff and always order two meals of it so I have plenty to eat for a few days. Chic parm is also amazing the penne-meatball was average which when everything else is so above average was surprising I am now a very happy regular here!

My soulmate and I stopped here on our drive for a getaway weekend. It came up as highly rated and wasn't a fastfood chain so stopped in. The lady at the counter was nice in explaining the different menu items.All the food was great but we were both surprised with how fantastic the rice is.

Our 1st time at Rafi 's food Hub, but a long time ago when Mian Rafis Restaurant was in this area we used to go there all the time because we LOVED their food ?!!! I couldn't wait to try this place and we'll DEFINITELY be back!!! I got the Shrimp Tikka and it was so delicious! Perfect amount of portion and just the right amount of spices and the shrimp was grilled perfectly! My husband had the Prime Rib kabobs and those were cooked perfectly as well! We both really enjoyed our meals! And the owner came around and asked us how we were enjoying our meals! We thought that was very nice as well!
