Amber, one of the owners, would never pay bills. I totally understand why this restaurant is closed.
You suck because you will not open your restaurant anymore so you suck

Before I tasted the food, I thought to myself "this is my new favorite restaurant"! An established, family-owned, neighborhood staple is growing and recently completed renovations to the outdoor dining area. The husband and wife owners host parties and fun events such as hookah night this Thursday with Tarot card readings. John brings a bit of NYC to the table and will make you feel like you're family. Every dish on the menu deserves to be tasted and I'm thankful for every cut and burn our chef ever had and sincerely appreciate this work of art which is Rafi's Kitchen. ? ❤️ ✨
Parking: Parking is in the rear of the building and so is the entrance.

The food is off the hook the staff friendly and accommodating. They just instituted a happy hour between 5 and 7 pm with drink specials and bar menu available at a reduced price. If you are interested in finding a fun place to hang out and watch a sports game or to meet up with friends to enjoy something different and interesting the hookah this is the place to be. It has dining only indoors and the hookah section is open Thursday Friday and Saturday after 6pm to close. This section is separate from the restaurant and can be found under the covered patio which is heated and has beautiful propane torches. They have drink food and hookah packages available. This place is also great for office parties, small weddings and family get togethers. Esthetically it is very beautiful. the bar is friendly the bartender john is a super guy and a great conversationalist. Pretty good sheesha selection if you are trying the hookah lounge.Rafis is second to none. Definitely give them a try I promise you won't be sorry.I know they are working on introducing a karaoke night and they have a tarot reader who does psychic readings every Thursday night. She also assists with the hookah lounge so readings can be done by appointment on Friday and Saturday as well. She's very personable and genuine and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and her reading pricing and her intuition and empathy are scary good. I know she is also a certified life coach a co.counselor and a minister so she is a good person to seek out if you need some support.Definitely if you're looking for somewhere with ambience and good food this is the place to be. They have the best tzatziki I have ever had. Usually tzatziki is so bland but not theirs. One final thing They are open through the cold months so if you are planning on hanging in the hookah lounge in the cold months dress comfortably. I suggest layering up so if the heaters and the propane torches are enough to keep you comfortable you can remove layers or stay bundled up as you enjoy the amazing atmosphere and good looking staff. .
Vegetarian options: Plentiful options
Parking: Parking is behind the restaurant and available on seventh Street as well.
Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant and is kid friendly restaurant with a yummy fine dining selection that has lots of kid friendly offerings and affordable options. The hookah lounge on the covered patio is 21 and over after 6pm Thursday through Saturday.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is in back and is wheelchair accessible.

Just ordered some soup from here a little while back, and the soup itself was good but I was confused when I paid cash for it. The cashier told me he could not give me change, only dollar bills back. He then went on to weirdly explain how the owners think its chintzy. While I don't necessarily care about the pocket change. Being told I can't have it for that reason feels very strange to me.

We sat outside and everyone enjoyed their meal. I had the chicken shish taouk (‽), very tasty. Tender seasoned chicken on Basmati rice with grilled vegetables, tzatziki sauce and some garlic aiolo sauce. Yummy!

we ventured off to Olean, NY for a double header paranormal adventure with our team over the weekend. If anyone knows anything about Western NY, they know there isn't much in the way of food choices there. We stopped at this little gem. I have lived in NJ for almost 21 years and have never had Mediterranean food as good as this. It is a fusion with Indian, Middle Eastern and Italian food. We started with the hummus which had onions, cucumber, feta cheese and red peppers. Very good but not the star of the show. Also had the garlic naan. Hubby got beef Tikka masala and rice which was spiced just right. He also got the French onion soup which I thought was the best I have ever tasted. I had the Mediterranean salmon which was poached and on the rarer side. This was literally heaven on a plate. It came with rice and mixed grilled veggies. I couldn't stop eating it. Salmon was topped with feta and red peppers and this fantastic lemon sauce that perfectly balanced everything. We didn't have room for dessert. Kudos to the chef for making this meal for us just wish they were closer. If you are in the middle of nowhere NY state be sure to stop in

We were in town last month and I had pre decided we would visit this restaurant while in Olean. Hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had. We went for lunch and sat on the patio which is lovely and you can tell the place is super fun at night. Our waitress was lovely as well. We had the chicken and beef as well as an appetizer; which was insanely good. It’s been a month and I still think about the delicious food we had here. 10/10 if you go to Olean I highly recommend you stop here.

Awesome restaurant! Went twice during my visit to Olean. Had both hummus with garlic naan and their mango wings on the first visit. On the second visit had the garlic naan with both their hummus and the chicken curry. Food and service was amazing! Will definitely go there for one last meal before we leave Olean and will come back for sure whenever we’re back in the area.
