I wanted to share my recent experience at Subway, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations. My roommate and I visited last night to grab a quick meal. While the food was up to the usual Subway standard, the atmosphere was upset by the employees loudly discussing us while we were eating .
It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, making us question our choice to dine there. I believe that customer service should include respect and discretion, and this experience certainly missed that mark. I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers.

Ordered a 6", the girl apparently didn't either understand me/or? She was talking to others leaving?? our subs weren't what we ordered? Then, bitting into the Sub, there was Blobde Hair!! Have pics...

This is not a good subway, not a friendly place, feels like a bus station. Employees are lazy can't even fill drinks ordered via doordash, tries to make private contractor, not employed by them to make and or prepare drinks for delivery. This is a health code violation and not part of a contract, or work requirement agreement for delivery drivers.

Ordered my food on the app for pick up at 2:50 wasn’t ready till 3:45 ordered a bottled coke was told they don’t sell them at this store and gave me a small fountain coke that had way to much carbonation in it and an was given attitude for asking about it and I just opened my sandwich and it’s not right either don’t waste time or money here

My sister and I ordered from subway for dinner and whoever was working rushed us through our orders. You could barely think before the employee was snapping a comment or question at you. My sub (1/4) was not made how I asked. The employee completely left off 3 of the vegetables that I asked for. Then on another sub when adding oil and vinegar she passed them over the outside edge of the sub instead of the inside of it just making the outside of the sub wet. I was a subway employee in past years and I’m super unimpressed with this service.
