We are very impressed with not only the bread we purchased, but the customer service! One of my three loaves contained some mold...the owner himself called me and said a new loaf will be immediately shipped. He explained how/why this occasionally happens. The cinnamon bread makes outstanding French toast. Our entire family loved it. We first were served this at a restaurant and asked where they purchased their bread

Ordered online through their website. Rec’d an order confirmation email. They took the money and never shipped my order. They also don’t respond to emails or their own ‘contact us’ form on their website. I am currently pursuing a chargeback through my credit card company. I do NOT recommend this bakery.

We were told by a few locals that this was a bakery that sold to the public. We were disappointed to find this was not the case. However, the owner invited us in for a wonderful chat and explaination of his manufacturing bakery. He sent us away with a lot of knowledge and a loaf of Olivia Mae's Salt Rising Bread. Can't wait to grill some cheese sandwiches on it. Thank you for a delightful experience!
