I have had this bread and topping at a local diner. Love it as French toast.Contacted bakery. They made me two cases and got them out to me pronto!!Great product and great customer service!
We were told by a few locals that this was a bakery that sold to the public. We were disappointed to find this was not the case. However, the owner invited us in for a wonderful chat and explaination of his manufacturing bakery. He sent us away with a lot of knowledge and a loaf of Olivia Mae's Salt Rising Bread. Can't wait to grill some cheese sandwiches on it. Thank you for a delightful experience!

One of my three loaves contained some mold...the owner himself called me and said a new loaf will be immediately shipped. He explained how/why this occasionally happens.
