I’d give 0 stars if I could. The dumb kid at the drive thru Parked us yet he had our food right there, waited for 20 minutes after being parked just for my friend to go in and it’s sitting RIGHT THERE WHERE THE KID LEFT IT COLD. We got a refund but now we get to go without a meal and we’re homeless as is. Then the manager just kept apologizing and didn’t even try to make it right. Terrible place.

Absolutely the rudest manager and most ignorant cashier ever met in my 49 years of walking this earth. Taco Bell in Olean, NY is a rip-off. If you buy tacos there, you are getting scammed out of your money. They refused to refund my money, so a call to headquarters solved the issue.

Just threw away the entire drive through order… I’ve never had Taco Bell this bad. Looked like they dropped the food on the floor, kicked it around, wrapped it up and sent it out the window. Cold, sloppy and hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had - will never go to this location again. Whoever owns this franchise location should be embarrassed….

I came through your drive through at 5:20 PM. I asked for the district manager's number. John linking to the window, told me he was the owner of this place which I think I don't believe that the owner would be here. Lol, I did inform him that the first one prices online that it shows for your quesadillas. And your store is 2 different prices. He literally told me to deal with it and shut the window in front of my face.I would like someone to return my call about this.This is not a proper customer service so I don't understand what the problem is there, but this is multiple times they can't even get the orders where I there's a gentleman baby that was behind me, literally handed the food back. It was wrong. I would like to have a contact back to me. Please
