Got a cantina chicken burrito. Burrito was very small and had specs of chicken in it. Took them back in and the remade and no chicken again. 6 dollars for a vegetarian burrito basically. Definitely don't recommend this place.

We went through the drive through and waited almost 30 minutes for the wrong food. One car was waiting already, they sent us to the side parking to wait. Comically another three cars show up after us and are also told to park to the side to wait. Some had to back up in the drive thru lane to park. When our food was finally brought out, we asked if it was our order after they went to another car first. They indicated it was. Got home and there was only one thing that we ordered that was correct. This has been the worst experience, but it's typically been very slow in the past and often I have wrong item in my orders. The funniest part is they almost never give napkins and half the time if they do it's brown paper towels you'd see in a bathroom.

Absolutely deplorable/vile interaction with the customer service associate.
I went in to quickly order a burrito and had my day ruined by Ahmad. He did nothing but state the entire time I was there, he made comments about my looks to other workers such as “damn, she’s fine”. When I went to get my drink, he followed me and proceeded to stand next to me and lick his lips and blow kisses.
My stomach had turned by this point, I was sweating, shaking and just wanted to leave due to how uncomfortable I was. Ahmed finally called my order and proceeded to follow me to the doors where he stood in the window of the door and waved at me with both hands until I drove away.
This is beyond unacceptable. No woman should have to experience this level of harassment in general, let alone while in a establishment while trying to merely order food.

Double the restaurant, half the quality. They don’t always ‘have’ many Taco Bell items (the workers don’t know the full menu) and I never get as good food as I would from a dedicated Taco Bell or KFC restaurant. And no Taco Bell mobile order available so no way to bypass their incompetence.
Horrible place. I waited ten minutes at the counter before anyone even waited on me. They ordered my food waited 5 minutes watched a family come in and order their food and get there first and mine disappeared until I said hey what's up? When am I getting mine. Then when I got it it was cold and fell apart all over the place

My Grandma & I ate dinner here last night 1/25/2025 after a movie it was after 7pm ~ we got a weird feeling/vibe like something was going to happen ~ & the employees were like they were on something ~ my grandma also got that feeling as well the weird feeling/vibe also so we ate & left on my receipt the name is Renee but we had a guy take our order!! Not to impressed at all not sure if I or my grandma will be back there at this location ~ But maybe we will be back there

Awful. Terrible customer service. Went to drive thru ordered 4 meals. Asked me to pay twice then after 10 minutes asked me to park and come in. Staff yelling profanity 3 different people getting my order and they still missed 1 meal. 30 minutes later I had our order. Very disappointed. Won't be back
