We came tonight for our anniversary to get the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. It was amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly, so tender and juicy, and the other flavors all worked so well together! Easily the best local meal we have had in a long time!
Even got to compliment the chef personally when he visited our table!
Will always come back for this dish!

I love Napoli but I tried to order at 930 on a Saturday and I got voicemail saying they would reopen on Monday at 11am. How are they not open at 930 on a Saturday?

Edit:My daughter an I redeemed our free pizza coupon and I had to update my review. The pizza was excellent, the waitress was more than attentive and nice, and it was a great experience. Original review: I bought a promotional flyer for $35.00 and when I tried to order 2 large pepperoni pizzas and get my 2 free cheese pizzas, they informed me that I could only use 1 ticket per day. The rules for redeeming the coupons are printed on the back and nowhere does it mention that. It says Purchase required to receive free item. I would not have bought the promo if that was stated in the rules.

I grew up on Napoli's in salamanca and recently came home for a family emergency and tried the napoli location in olean and I just can't get enough of this place! I have searched all over the Carolinas for 8 years for something similar with no luck!

Food was good. Customer service not that great. Whoever is the manager needs to refund people who bought the promotion tickets because it’s more like a scam. Here’s the rules attached. None of them says you cannot use two tickets in the same day. Also the third rule says that equal or lesser value item FREE, and that what I was told before buying those tickets. However, the manager says that the third rule just tells you that the free item is equal or lesser value. Doesn’t make sense!
