Everytime I stop here, there's always a line of vehicles at the drive thru. It takes a long time to get your food, nobody ever apologizes for the long wait.

My friend (minority) had a traumatic expirience at this location. Entering a little after midnight, he had the police called on him. 5 police officers escorted him out without knowing why. Apparently they were closed, but the doors were open. Racist, evil, and awful. Do not patronize them. Do not go here, you will be treated poorly. Many better options in the olean area.

waited about an hour in the drive thru, only for them to get the order completely wrong.
Husband ordered two chicken combo meals at drive thru. Had to wait in standby parking for five minutes. When he got back to the hotel, one chicken sandwich had no chicken on it. Just mayo, tomato, and lettuce on a bun. Really? This is why I only like about 30 people in the whole mass of humanity. What a bunch of twats.

I stopped at the olean Wendy’s location tonight to try my first real frosty! It was super busy. The gentleman running the window was very kind and professional even though they were completely slammed. My frosty was delicious and worth the wait.
