SMIRKY SMILEY OH SORRY SIR WE MAKE MISTAKES MISTAKES ARE MADE TO BE LEARNED FROM SO THEY DO NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!! PERSONALLY BEING IN RETAIL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 30 YEARS A CUSTOMER OF ONEIDA MCDONALDS FOR 40 YEARS + I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED AS I WAS TONIGHT BY THIS PUNK!
