This location has gone drastically downhill. I waited 8 minutes in the drive through for someone to take my order. There was not a single car ahead of head of me. By the time they did take my order there was a line of cars out to the road behind me. This has happened several times a week for the past few weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were short staffed but every time I pull up there are 4 to 5 workers in there. Not to mention their customer service...read full review
The staff here are always wonderful. Always smiling and welcoming. I stop here few times a week. Keep up the good work!Kid-friendliness: The staff here are always nice. They always have smiles and get orders out quick!

Dunkin was not on their game today. Had to repeat 1 order 3x's to the guy. And it wasn't a hard order - Lg Hot Americano, 2 Splenda, 4 Cream and a shot of coconut. Which they forgot. Left feeling disappointed.
