Go to the one by the Casino instead, the Oneida Dunkin is awful
Went today, asked for a bagel sandwich with white cheese and still didn't get what I requested though it was ok the receipt.
Go to the Dunkin in Canastota by the Thru Way (they work hard and ALWAYS get the orders right) or still the one at Willow Place. This Dunkin is unfortunately slow and not improving in any way.
Went off peak time coffee was hot and correct
Prices as usual. Had the place to myself.
Always so friendly and fast in the mornings !
