Mens room nasty needs deep cleaning, lobby messy tables,pile of fries on floor, floor sticky. Gave no receipt cashed out at drive thru. Still should have a receipt. Not happy this time around
Worst designed Wendy's I have ever seen. I don't know who drew this one up but from the really stupidest design for a parking lot I haver seen to the horribly design of the inside. There's know way that it will last
We pulled up to the drive thru and started placing our order and the employee left. Walked away in the middle of our order. We waited and she returned and we had to start over. Simple order #1, cheeseburger meal, and #7 tender meal. We pulled up and paid, then we were told to go park. 20 minutes later our food came out, most of it was cold. The fries were cold, the cheeseburger was cold. The only warm thing was the tenders. Basically are food sat in a bag while the tenders cooked....read full review
