“I am Not from the area , I live in florida, and stop at a lot of mcdonald's along routes and dis by far was the greatest mcdonald's experience that i've ever had.. i pulled into the drive through, and I believe the girl's name was Kaylee.That was working was absolutely the most honest and hard-working girl I've ever seen out of McDonald's.She answered every one of my questions and gave me the most bestest customer experience that i've ever had.. she was very knowledgeable on the menu and I was honestly surprised she wasn't a manager.. i would just like to give a shout out to her.For the outstanding customer service that she gave me.Because she didn't make me feel like a customer.She made me feel like family“

“Staff could be a little more friendly and remember to provide napkins when you purchase a beverage and food. Overall, they got my order right on the first attempt so I was pleased. The wait at the drive thru at 9:09am on a Friday when I was already running late for an appointment wasn't too bad either. Thank you!“

“The coffee shop is cute and the staff is very friendly. Very accommodating. However, you can tell most baked items are not fresh but refrigerated. The blueberry muffins, which I have retried many times, always taste like a refrigerator cooler. If you are going to serve day old items may I suggest wrapping them tightly to avoid a refrigerator cooler taste.“

“I ordered on the goal my order was available when I walked in I sent down, I ordered a new item a Ham and Swiss cheese stuffed croisnt.... It was very good however it could have been just a little warmer. I also had coffee which is your typical Dunkin Donuts coffee that was good also hot like it should be..... The interior of the store was neat and clean note issues at all finding a clean tables to sit in..... Young lady behind the counter was very very friendly..... No food pics this time....

Parking: Plenty of parking it was plowed no big issues getting in or out most of the ice and snow was taking care of.....“

“I’ve come here a few times while on my summer vacation with the family jere on Sylvan Beach and the young Ladies here always are polite, kind and share recommendations based on what I’m feeling that day, a def must while here on The Beach!I recommend a Mocha Cold Brew with a splash of Oat milk and also the Raspberry Nutella bowl ;)“

“I received a welcome basket in my lodge VIP suite that included freshly baked goodies from Opals. The cookies were excellent and the cupcakes were delightful. They were in fact so good that my wife and I visited it daily and got chocolate dipped Oreo cookies and walnut fudge which were also excellent. They made my wifes Starbucks coffee to perfection which is very rare for locations that serve it without being a physical location. Highly recommend for all caffeine related and sweet tooth fixes.“

“Let me tell you why I was so impressed by this place. Our local area was devastated by flooding and tornadoes. The entire region was on generators and people run edge. The staff at Dunkin we're unbelievably kind and understanding and did a great job.“

“I usually just come here for coffee which never had a problem with. They always get coffee right no matter what kind I get. This is my go to for coffee cause they are literally the only ones that never messed it up. Give 4 stars cause got wake up today and was just horrible. I took a bite egg fall right out. Was hot so burn my leg. Bacon was not cooked. Tasted old. Needless to say I will not get food here. Just coffee!
