“There’s a new girl working at the Chittenango ny Dunkin and she was so cheerful and wonderful this morning. She actually made my day. I’m so glad you hired her. I wish I got her name.“

“Corroborating other people’s comments about warm, welcoming customer service. I am a big coffee snob and the coffee was quite good (they have their own roastery).
My wife and I came here because we needed vegan options. Well, the menu is clearly labeled for vegan, their options are quite limited. That said, the tasty pastries were not on the menu but had enough vegan choices to satisfy us.“

“The service was quick and organized as it should be, everything was great! Food was warm and drink was made perfectly. I’m writing because the drive thru worker that served me was so insanely sweet and made my day a hundred times over! I wish I knew her name so I could thank her personally. Great job!“

“Let me tell you why I was so impressed by this place. Our local area was devastated by flooding and tornadoes. The entire region was on generators and people run edge. The staff at Dunkin we're unbelievably kind and understanding and did a great job.“

“Personally I haven’t ordered any regular coffee, but their flavored coffee is the best I’ve had. Ordered a Banana Bread Latte today and they got the flavor just right! I’ve ordered the same drink from other coffee shops and this tops them all. Additionally, their donuts are also super fresh tasting and deserve some praise! However, it is a little more expensive than I like to pay but it’s a good treat!“
