Got a coffee I wasn't satisfied with, took it back. The shift leader was so pleasant and offered to make another pot, give me a new one and gave me a couple of free donuts to make things right. Now that's what customer service should be like!
Good local Dunkin. Quick service, never messes up my order. Charles in particular is always friendly.
