My family and I absolutely love this place!!! Not only is the ice cream absolutely delicious but the family that owns this business are so nice and go out of the way for their customers!! We came across Adelaide when trying to find an ice cream cake 2 years ago and have been back multiple times. My kids have now decided if we can’t celebrate their birthdays upstate then they want to bring the cakes back to Long Island. We did this past week we traveled 4 hours with our Gluten free mint Oreo cake and it survived with a cooler and lots of ice. Take the extra time if you don’t live near by to take the drive try it you won’t be disappointed!!

When my mom was first moving up to this area I found this place. I kept missing to come here because we'd be leaving like a Tuesday morning and they were not open. After dinner one night in the area I was like we are coming here! It did not disappoint and seriously on of the best milkshakes ever. I was very happy. Such an adorable place too. I'm happy I finally got to come here, great service too.

Some of the best ice cream I have ever had in my life!! I'm from San Diego CA and I've had some good ice cream, but the ice cream at Adaline taste so natural and flavorful. The ingredients taste so organic and rich. I went 2 times in 6 days because it was so delicious. I can't wait to go again when we go back to NY next year. My favorite thing is the ice cream flight because it gives you a chance to try multiple flavors at a time. So far this is my favorite ice cream place by far.
Ice cream was delicious, the service was incredible, they were so good with the kids and it almost seemed like they loved having kids there. My only thing is that there hours or listed on Google differently then what it seems like the stores open; it seemed like they were open earlier than what Google says they are but that's not their fault. I highly recommend this place and the turtle sundae
