Absolutely best BBQ in oneonta! The brisket is AMAZING. So tender and juicy, the pulled pork is also a favorite of mine. The prices are unbeatable and the portions are generous! The guys are super nice and very welcoming too. We keep coming back because it is simply the best 😊 can’t wait for you guys to open up again in the spring

5 stars isn’t enough. Thick cut brisket that melts in your mouth. Ribs that come clean to the bone. A father and son business that does BBQ old school. There was too much food so we took it home. That never happens. They are very proud of their food and have every right. This place is worth the drive.

This is excellent and real traditional BBQ with charming and informative service. Mostly importantly the meats were amazing, tender and flavorful. We didn’t need to use any of the homemade sauces as good BBQ should be able to stand alone and it does! Patrick the owner was a great character giving us all the history of the their BBQ and more and real hoot! We sought out this place as have found other great BBQ restaurants in upstate NY and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Do go!! Didn’t get photos of the food as we were too busy eating and enjoying it!

If you’re looking for the best barbecue in town, this is the place. The meat is perfectly smoked, tender, and full of flavor, with just the right balance of seasoning and sauce. Every bite tastes like it’s been made with care and expertise.

What makes it even better is the customer service — absolutely top-notch. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home. You’re greeted with a smile, served promptly, and treated like family from start to finish.

Whether you’re a BBQ enthusiast or just hungry for something truly delicious, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

First of all. Everything tasted so good. The old man there was so nice, and if you have little kids, you can let them run around and play games in the grass while you watch them eat outside. I would highly recommend the ribs.

I should keep this place a secret!

If you’re looking for the real deal, look no further than Andre’s Blue Ribbon BBQ. This is a true mom-and-pop gem where the food speaks for itself and so does Andre. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and stories that could only come from someone who’s been doing this for decades.

Andre’s philosophy is simple: good BBQ stands on its own and doesn’t need sauce but he has it and it's made in house if you need it. Sold! He’s been at it for over 20 years, carrying on family recipes from the Carolinas, and you can taste the legacy in every bite.

We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, and spare ribs with sides of cowboy pinto beans, baked sweet potato, and coleslaw. Every item was top notch, but the brisket stole the show, juicy, tender, and with a melt-in-your-mouth fat cap that’s simply unforgettable. Best I’ve ever had, hands down.

The place isn’t fancy, but that’s part of the charm. It’s exactly what you want from a BBQ spot a bit rough around the edges, filled with stories, and soul. Before we left, Andre gave us a tour of his smoker and even dropped a few brisket secrets (which I’m keeping to myself).

This is the kind of place you tell your friends about. You will find no frills or anything fancy about this place, just let his food do the talking,

This is the good stuff. Dry rub, sides are made in house, nothing fried. The brisket is my fav!
