The Chicken Wantons was too sweet and lacking chicken. The chicken quesadilla again had minimal chicken which was not cooked enough. My Salmon, potatoe and broccoli was luke warm. The potatoes was cold in the middle and broccoli either mushy or way too hard. Overall not the food I am use to from a Applebee's. For a place that had a 45 min wait, one would think Applebees would be quick to get people out the doors. We had to wait 20 minutes before seeing our waitress who was extremely pleasant. Would probably go somewhere else next visit.

Smiley our waitress was very courteous and quick with drinks and taking our orders. Apps came out pretty quick but our food took over an hour and 10 mins to come out. The food was ok. The place was not that busy.

Ordered new bourbon street menu the Mushroom Swiss burger was delicious, cooked perfectly very flavorful. Good meal, ordered and had delivered and that worked well too!!

Three of us waited for an hour for burger and fries...we were asked if we wanted pink or no pink in burgers, we all wanted pink. When the food finally arrived the burgers were all blackened. The server was very nice, but that's all that was ok.
Found a beard hair way too coarse to come from me! In my Mac and cheese check your food before eating!

Nice energetic stuff very friendly as soon as you come through the door met with a smile not too long of wait time from ordering your meal to having it in front of you friendly

Went for my birthday lunch with my mother. Food was not edible, shrimp tasted off, chicken also tasted bad. My mother ordered a medium sirloin it came well done and just tasted to both of us as potential spoiled. Server was nice. We were there for almost an hour if not more. Manager took care of the issues by comping our bill. We went and ate elsewhere, but truly I won’t be going again.

How filthy this place is! Dirty carpet not clean since the late 90s and stuck in the 90s After a long 10hour work day. 9.99 classic burger no lettuce no onions .. burger comes back with onion and no cheese or bacon... and there missing 21cent change Horrible service!
