I would not recommend Autum Cafe. We had a party of 11. When we asked for more than one menu, the waitress was rude and acted as if it was an imposition to provide them. We moved a chair from another, non-occupied table and the waitress again was rude indicating that was not ok and that we had to put the unused chair back. We were also told that we couldn’t order anything additional at the table because they had a reservation coming in, which they did not tell us about in advance. I hadn’t even finished my drink and they started clearing the table. We tried to move outside but the furniture was damp from rain earlier that day. No one would try to assist with a towel or napkin even to try and dry the seats so that our party could move. We felt pretty unwelcome and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting, especially not baseball families. They don’t want you there and it is painfully obvious.

I only come home a few times a year, but if you’re planning on visiting with whoever you meet, be prepared to be asked to leave. It’s very rude and I won’t go again. Poor business. It’s a shame because the food is good.

First time I've been here since living here in 15 years and the waitress was amazing but the food was horrible. I asked for medium well burger and I got a burnt crispy outside and dried meat on inside. It wasn't a good food experience at all. In surprised anyone can mess up a burger.

Made reservations. We got there a few minutes early and were told that we would have to wait until our reservation time to be seated. A party came in and was told that they would have to wait at least an hour and they did not have reservations. They said something to the hostess and she seated them right away. People were walking in and getting seated right away. So when it came to our reservation time I mentioned it’s actually our time. Hostess brought us to the bar. I was already angry now and told the waitress what I had just witnessed. She told me it was not true. I got a little loud and said I want the reservation to be seated outside on the deck and she finally brought us there. Service is really slow. They don’t have enough help. Food was ok. I wanted to like it because it looks like a fun place but terrible service all around.

We should have paid attention to the other reviews. They are very slow. We told them we were in a rush. More than 30 minutes from time we ordered until we received the food. One dish was very good. Other two were mediocre. Waitresses attitude was evident from go. Others were very pleasant. But would not go back.

Female bartender was not friendly, very stone faced. Gave me the tab without asking if I wanted my second drink being it was happy hour! Buy one get one free!! And w gave a sour face when I inquired! I ordered 2 drinks originally, not aware that my friend and I had to EACH order a drink to get a free one! I didn’t want another drink but felt pressured to get one since I was going to be charged for 2 drinks and not get that BOGO special happy hour! Doubt I will EVER return, Lousy and unfriendly service all in all! Not a word was spoken from the bartender. Not my fault this is the job she pursued. Hate it when workers are unhappy with the choices they made in their lives and the patrons have to deal with their freaking attitude !! Blame yourself for the choices you make in your lives !!!!!!!!!!
